Because each truck cap is manufactured to order and built specifically for your vehicle model, we do not accept returns for change of mind or buyer preference.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or does not match the specifications confirmed before production, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will review the issue and provide one of the following solutions:
- Replacement parts
- Repair assistance
- Partial refund
- Full refund (when applicable)
Customers must inspect the product upon delivery and report any shipping damage immediately.
