Because each truck cap is manufactured to order and built specifically for your vehicle model, we do not accept returns for change of mind or buyer preference.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or does not match the specifications confirmed before production, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will review the issue and provide one of the following solutions:
- Replacement parts
- Repair assistance
- Partial refund
- Full refund (when applicable)
Customers must inspect the product upon delivery and report any shipping damage immediately.
We will review and process all return & refund requests within 48 hours.
Once your refund is approved, funds will be credited back to your bank account via your original payment method within 7–15 business days.
